How much does LiveTutor tutoring cost?
LiveTutor pricing is a single flat rate. Every lesson is online, one-to-one and 60 minutes, and every lesson costs $15, the one rate shown on the LiveTutor pricing page. That rate covers every subject and every level from primary work through IGCSE, A-Level and IB. Buying more lessons does not make a lesson cheaper.
The first lesson is a free trial. You save a card when you sign up, it is not charged, and LiveTutor matches the tutor, usually within a few hours. You then pick a time for the trial from the tutor's hours. If you want to continue after the trial, you choose a weekly plan of 1 to 5 lessons a week. The plan is billed monthly as four weeks of lessons, so one lesson a week is $60 a month and five lessons a week is $300. Each month runs from the payment, and anything still unbooked can be booked from your plan page before the month ends. Lessons are booked into your tutor's weekly availability, so you pick your times yourself and nothing waits on a reply. Prices can be viewed in AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, GBP or USD using the currency picker in the LiveTutor navbar.
There is a 7 day money-back guarantee. Ask for a refund from the parent portal within 7 days of paying for your plan, before your first paid lesson, and the month you paid comes back in full. Cancel whenever you like and the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Cancelling or rescheduling a single lesson 48 hours or more ahead costs nothing.

Why we ask for a card
The card is saved for the free trial and not charged. It means a plan takes one tap after the trial, instead of a payment form. Here is exactly what happens.

- Each month after that renews automatically on the card you chose, on the same date, until you cancel

What if I need to stop?
You cancel in the parent portal, in one tap. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

- Change the number of lessons a week from the next month, up or down

What if the tutor is not the right fit?
